The age check took a while and felt like wasted energy. I get why it’s needed, but sitting there waiting on it was kind of annoying...

I ordered online for in-store pickup, and it was okay overall. I got the email saying my order was ready, but when I showed up, they still had to search around for it, which was a bit frustrating. It took around 10–15 minutes, so not awful, but definitely not as quick as I was hoping. The staff was friendly enough, and everything in my order was correct, so I can’t complain too much. I’d probably use it again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush.

I liked the selection and found a few things that caught my eye, but the prices felt steep. You go in expecting to browse and maybe grab something, then you realize everything costs more than you thought it would...

I returned my item and the whole process was simple. The refund showed up faster than I expected too, which is always a nice surprise, right?

But the delivery actually showed up right when they said it would. Nothing was missing, no weird issues, just a easy experience overall. I’d order from them again.

Big Red Liquors has a decent spirits selection, especially if you’re looking for the usual whiskey, vodka, or tequila options. I found a couple bottles I liked, but some things I was hoping to grab were either out of stock or not showing up at all. Prices were okay, not exactly a bargain but not terrible either. The site was easy enough to use, but after I placed my order and paid, I started feeling a little unsure because the confirmation and updates weren’t as clear as I expected. It made me question things a bit until I knew the order was actually going through. Overall, it was fine, but I do wish the selection and post-payment communication felt more complete

I was expecting a bigger wine selection, honestly. The site itself was easy enough to browse, and I didn’t have any trouble finding my way around, but then I kept clicking through the reds and it felt like I was seeing the same few labels again and again. Maybe I’m just picky, but I thought there’d be more to explore.

Big Red Liquors had the bottle I’d been trying to track down after striking out at a couple other stores, so that was a win. The website made it easy to see what was in stock, and picking it up was simple enough. Nothing super impressive beyond that, and the site could maybe feel a little smoother, but overall it got the job done and I’m happy I found what I needed.

From my experience, they did a really good job keeping me in the loop the whole time. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down for information, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free. No issues at all.

I stopped by Big Red Liquors and overall it was fine, but the way the store is laid out kind of confused me. Beer and wine were easy enough to spot, so that part was nice.
Some of the other sections took a little more wandering around than I expected, and a couple aisles felt tight when other people were trying to get by. Not a huge deal, just a little awkward.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad store at all, and the selection seemed decent. I just think it could be easier to move around and find what you’re looking for, because it just felt.....

The delivery did show up the same day, which I appreciated, but it was about 30 minutes later than the time I was expecting. To be fair, that’s not the end of the world, and the driver was friendly and handled the ID check quickly.

It did lag a little at one point, but the package still showed up when expected, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall it was a good experience, but if the tracking or delivery started getting unreliable, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

I ordered a few bottles and was a little worried they might break in shipping, but they all showed up totally fine. The box had good padding, no leaks, no cracked glass. Something about it just felt packed with care

I was able to find a couple allocated bourbons here that I never seem to see in my local shops, so that was a nice surprise. Checkout was straightforward. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but I’m guessing they might get backed up when they have bottles like that available. No way to know for sure, but it didn’t ruin the experience for me. Overall, I’m still happy with the order.
